I'm about to planning a bulk cycle and so the diet, but I actually ask which could be the RIGHT amount of prots to be sure of max results. Reading so much but everyone speaks his own...
I was thinking about 1.5gr for pound/bodyweight (and so the carbs), but pheraps I've never understood if bodyweight is intended for the lean or the one that scale measures...![]()
Because my bf is 18% and this could be hard to calculate.
Every suggest will be helpful for me
