hi guys this is my diet can you guys give me opionions if anything isnt out of place:
Meal one: 1cup Oats
Meal two: Lean Steak with half cup of rice
Meal three: Chickenbreast and 3 rice cakes
Workout and then Cardio (protein shake)
Meal four: Fish And Vegetables
Meal five: Steak or Chicken Breast
20min Walk around the block
Meal Six: 7 eggs whites 2 egg yolks
Sleep
i do cardio from monday to friday after training for 30mins of walking and i just want to lean out naturally before doing my 3rd cycle. if you think i should change something please telll me
