    Liquids?

I know you're supposed to drink a lot of water throughout the day, but instead of "just" water, I mainly get my daily liquids from milk and juice (orange juice). I'll usually have 8 cups of orange juice a day, and 8 cups of milk a day... and probably 2 cups of water, roughly... I'm just wondering if that's a bad thing or not, lol...

You need noncaloric liquid. I'd cut down on juice and milk and drink more water.
Diet soda is another option for variety, or maybe sparkling water, or iced tea.

Yeh, I'm just curious as to the reason why. I mean, my urine is see thru so I know I'm not dehydrated, I'm just wondering why noncaloric water is better then "caloric"... I mean, I'd understand if you were cutting, but I'm trying to bulk atm...

Well most everything you drink is mostly water whether it be OJ or milk. If your not cutting then you should be fine. Judging the color of your urine is a easy simple way of seeing if your hydrated or not, the clearer the better... the more yellow the more dehydrated you are

It doesn't have anything to do with the calories. You can still drink all that as long as you have the water on top of it. I can't remember the reason for it at the moment. It had nothing to do with weight loss though. It had to do with certain body functions, but I can't remember which.
