    snacks?

    im having touble with snacks right now the only ones I eat are apples and peanuts but what are some other healthy snacks? somthing you can just grab out and eat

    yogurt im sure is a good choice...

    i went and bought eggs, almonds, yogurt, rice cakes, beef jerky, string chease, protien bars and apples today
