    Cutting Diet Critique Please

    Meal 1
    6 egg whites (2 yolks), 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp hot sauce
    320 cals, 20-25g pro 27g carb 0g fat

    Meal 2
    Protein Shake w/flax (not sure on flax's macros)
    240cal 48g pro 6g carb 3g fat (before flax)

    Meal 3
    8oz chicken breast + 1 cup brocolli w/ FF cheese, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp FF ranch
    470 cal 63g pro, 2g Carb, 13g Fat

    Workout

    Meal 4
    Protein shake + 1/2 cup oats
    390 cal 53g pro, 27g carb, 5g fat

    Meal 5
    8oz chicken breast + 1cup brocolli + 1/2 cup brown rice (1tbsp ranch, 1 tsp hot sauce, FF cheese, 1 tbsp soy sauce)
    820 cal 64g pro, 78g carb, 13g fat

    Meal 5
    1 can tuna
    150 cal 28g pro, 0g carb, 2.5 g fat

    Totals- 2390 cal, 276g pro, 141g carb, 35.5g fat

    Thinking about cutting the brown rice in half in meal 5, nixing the condiments, and doubling the oatmeal in the PWO meal. Condiments are worth about 300ish cals, 14g fat or so. I'm 5'9" 210 12%.

    also should I count the carbs in the gatorade mixed creatine mono I drink during the workout and/or should i nix that as well?

    Not enough calories. Your going to lose lbm, imo. Esp. when 2 of your meals are shakes. Eat whole foods, esp. on a cutter!! You need more protein, imo, 40-50g per meal. When you cut out the carbs on a cutter, you need way more protein. Id also add another meal. If you keep your diet the way it is, you will lose lbm and fast!
