Bodybuilder with severe allergies
My friend needs some help. He has been working out for about 6 years and is shredded. His bf is below 10%. He only weighs about 145lbs though. He is wanting to gain some size. We have been talking diet, but he is allergic to chicken, turkey, tuna, fish and brown eggs. He can eat white eggs, but they build up and give him problems. He has been living on protein and weight gain shakes. I didn't know what to tell him since that is my entire list of protein save beef. Anyone ever run across someone like this and have any suggestions on how he can get more protein?

Since he's so light, and has no bf issues his problems aren't what the ordinary person would experience...he's actually got it made.
- Gaining weight on Carbs and healthy fats is quite easy.
- Since he consumes so many drinks I'm assuming he tolerates milk which is great.
- If beef is his only meat protein alternative the diversity of types and lean cuts are numerous. All he needs is some good recipes.
- There are a variety of solid non-meat protein sources including nuts (also great fats), beans and other non-animal products.

How is he allergic to pretty much every meat there is?
