My friend needs some help. He has been working out for about 6 years and is shredded. His bf is below 10%. He only weighs about 145lbs though. He is wanting to gain some size. We have been talking diet, but he is allergic to chicken, turkey, tuna, fish and brown eggs. He can eat white eggs, but they build up and give him problems. He has been living on protein and weight gain shakes. I didn't know what to tell him since that is my entire list of protein save beef. Anyone ever run across someone like this and have any suggestions on how he can get more protein?
