i mean.... your playing with you body obviously, spiking insulin levels to get more muscle, there has to be a side effect to that, just like that water/sodium manipulation. Do that to get a nice ripped look, but wow, the high blood pressure and hypertension after effects sure isnt worth all that!!
so am i right? can you risk getting diabetes from eating 60g of Dextrose everyday?
