    who puts eggs in thier protien shake?

    I ussually put 2 whole eggs in my protien shake 2 or 3 times a day is this bad?

    nope, but whats the point of taking a protein drink. Why not put one more scoop of protein powder in there.

    The risk of salmonella is low (1/30,000 eggs) but it's a risk I don't take. It's a personal choice.

    you should buy some egg beaters egg whites they mix well with almost anything... i drink those all day. good stuff.

    personally I like the way the 2 scoops of protien taste in it...and a couple eggs add protien and another thing of eggs is cheaper then more protien powder

    I'll have 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of creamer, 1 scoop of ON Whey protein, and 6 eggs... Adds up to about 1,200 calories and 80-90 grams of protein... One of Arnold's recipes

    I skip the milk to many carbs. 4 egg white, 2 whole and 2 scoops ON cholcolate protein some times natty peanut butter tastes like reese cup
