Bulk Diet Food List
I just quickly threw together a food list and thought Id post it to see if it seems ok. I havent thought out proportions or anything, which I will do later. Just wondering if this has potential to make a nice, healthy, bulker.
Fruit:
-blueberries
-strawberries
-rasberries
-apples
-bananas
-red grapefruit
Veggies:
-cherry tomatoes
-watercress
-carrots
-green beans
-celery
-onion
-squash
Carbs:
-Oats
-WW bread
-ww brown rice
-kashi go lean
nuts/fats:
-flaxseed oil
-olive oil
-PB
-brazil nuts
-pistachios
-cocoa(dark chocolate)
protien:
-lean meats of all sorts
-whey protein
-not a fan of eggs
drinks:
skim milk
mint tea
water!
and my various supps like garlic, fish oil, vitamin c...
once again, i did this quickly...10min or so, so somethings may seem on or off..idk

For bulking you really just have to stay away from junk food, sugar, white flour and that sort of thing. Then just get your macros the way they need to be and that's it.
