    bulking

    i am bulking now a was wondering if anyone could tell me how many cals im taking in maybe even how much protein. even a desent guess. here my deit(also any critiges and help are well come)

    stats 5'11" 195lbs 11% body fat
    also if it helps been on hgh for about 2 months 3ius ed, will be going up to 5 or 6
    started dbol 50mg ed, 500 test e a week , 600mg deca a week. 3 weeks in
    i do hgh at 630am so now carbs for at least 1 hour

    730am 5 boiled eggs no yoke

    (inbetween i will nipple on couple peice of beef jerky)

    930am 1/2 to 3/4 pound cut up turkey meat or cut up steak

    1130am 6" subway culb double meat pickles, cumbers, tomatos, oil and vinger

    (inbetween i will nipple on couple peice of beef jerky)

    200pm 6" subway culb double meat pickles, cumbers, tomatos, oil and vinger

    330pm 1/2 to 3/4 pound cut up turkey meat or cut up steak

    415pm workout, double scoop protein shake and poweraid

    630 pm dinner, either steak or chicken with salad and some kind of potato(never fried)

    830pm 1/4 pound beef jerky

    10pm 1 can boiled peanuts or handfull of cashews

    bedtime
    (this is of course not perfect, but in genarl pertty close, may snack on some turkey a few more times in there)

    well thats it. i really just want to make sure im on the right track. thanks

    thats hard for us to figure out. You need to take the time and measure eveything out for one day and record it down to get the exact macros (pro,carb,fats and total calories) without this VERY basic info you dont know where you stand and whats working for you. Also you need to figure out your BMR basal metabolic rate and then use the Harris-benedict equation to figure out how many calories you need to sustain normal functioning.

    Once we got all this we can perfect your diet
