    cottage cheese diet

I dont know that I would ever do it, but i have heard of severel people who take two weeks out of the year and eat nothing but cottage cheese. They claim it is a good way to shock new growth, but it seems alittle strange to me.

yeah it will shock your body because when you stop and eat your normal solid diet you'll explode because your body has been starving or proper nutrients and vitamins for growth. Eating only cottage cheese is a awful unhealty diet.

Doing anything out of your normal experience will "shock" the body, sometimes good and sometimes bad. But this is not a good diet

I think I'm gonna go on the fried food only diet for 2 weeks to shock my body

I could survive on Ricotta cheese, some sugar, some vanilla, and a good multivitamin :-) I already eat close to a pound a day.

I don't actually mix it together. I just eat the peanut butter with celery or by itself. Not to sure how it would taste mixed together. . .
