can somebody please explaine to me.
say if I wanted to do a diet with 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat. How would I do that?

I roughly estimate 4 calories for 1 gram protein,4 for 1 gram carb and 9 for 1 gram fat.

Multiply the Carb and protein values by 4. And the Fat values by 9.
This will give you your total calorie intake.
After this.....just read the label on the food packets / weigh your food accordingly.
