    lean bulk diet, feedback please

    get ready to begin a lean bulk cycle, my goal is to gain 15-17 lbs. while maintaining a low body fat (right now im 8.4, dont wana go over 9)
    stats -
    6'3
    201
    29 yr old
    8.4 bf
    4 yrs cycle experience (this will be 1st cycle in over a yr)

    please review and critic as much as possible

    Meal #1 (Largest Meal of the Day)
    6 Egg Whites
    2 Whole Eggs
    1 Cup Oatmeal
    2 slices of 12 grain toast
    1 Banana
    Multi Vitamin/Mineral Supplement

    Protein = 36 grams
    Carbs = 45 grams
    Fat = 13 grams
    Total Calories = 515

    Meal #2
    3oz Sirloin Steak
    8 oz. Sweet Potato
    4 oz White Tuna

    Protein = 70 grams
    Carbs = 56 grams
    Fat = 8 grams
    Total Calories = 380

    Meal #3
    1 Cup of Brown Rice (Cooked)
    4 oz Chicken Breast
    1oz Peanuts

    Protein = 49 grams
    Carbs = 55 grams
    Fat = 17 grams
    Total Calories = 560

    Meal #4 (Pre-Workout)
    ON MRP
    1 Rice Cake (with cinnamon)
    1 Banana

    Protein = 46 grams
    Carbs = 47 grams
    Fat = 4 grams
    Total Calories = 417

    Meal #5 (Post-Workout)
    2 Scoops ON 100% Whey
    2 Tablespoons of Glutamine
    Multi Vitamin/Mineral Supplement
    8oz Apple Juice
    1 Rice Cake (with cinnamon)

    Protein = 62 grams
    Carbs = 80 grams
    Fat = 3 grams
    Total Calories = 615

    Meal #6
    Salad with fat free Dressing
    4 oz. Chicken Breast

    Protein = 36 grams
    Carbs = 12 grams
    Fat = 3 grams
    Total Calories = 221

    Meal #7 (Just before bed)
    8oz Cottage Cheese (Lowfat)

    wow !! i like it i like it !!!

    but steak though?! wow that must get expensive no?

    not so expensive if you go to the RESTURANT DEPOT, its like a costco or sams club on steriods ,

    they sell in super bulk but at really low prices, the catch is you need to be in the industry or know someone who is to buy there,

    they sell boneless skinless chicken breast for 1.15lb, but you have to buy 10 lbs, still a steal

    sams club sells a bag of like 17 8-10oz chicken breasts boneless/skinless for $11.99 !!!

    beat that !!!

    Carbs in your meal 1 looks like you calculated it wrong... 1 cup of oatmeal has about 60 carbs, a banana has around 30, and 2 slices of bread should be around 40.... making the total 130 instead of 40. Also, from what I've heard, fructose doesn't cause an insulin spike like dextrose does (postworkout) so you may prefer dextrose there.
