    Another question regarding insulin spike

ok.... so spiking your insulin is a great technique to do when needing to rush important nutrients to your body during your catabolic state (PWO)

BUT !!! here is another thing..... how about spiking your insulin for breakfast?!?!

you did wake up from a fasting state, your body IS catabolic as well upon wakeup, so would it be ideal to spike your insulin for breakfast too?

if you guys can help me out on this i would greatly appreciate it !! thanks in advance !!

You should always eat carbs for breakfast, so you are in fact spiking your insulin levels. Maybe not as high with PWO shakes. But when cutting you want to keep you insulin levels as stable as you can throughout the day except for PWO

it all depends on your stats and your total macros...

eat slow digesting carb sources to keep levels more stable such as oatmeal, etc
