there are 3 grams of protein in 1 ounce (28 grams) of egg white. So how many grams are in a typical egg white... I dont feel like getting my scale out right now lol

If he's cracking them from eggs, (not cartons of egg whites) then an entire egg has 6g protein, and the yolk has half the protein. Unless they're Jumbo eggs, then they're most likely 4 + 4

5g... i buy the cartonned egg whites... 500g = 50g of protein = 16 egg whites...
maybe its not the same as a whole natural egg....dunno

lots of egg whites= no one wants to be around you. I have a hard time doing cardio later in the day after loading up on egg whites. I had a proffesor walk into the cardio section and make a funny face and say is it me or does it smell horrible in here. I just laughed and said yes mam it smells horrible. I like to blame it on the old guys around me tho.lol
