The healthy ways of getting your body to a lower water retention state
Aside from using diuretics, which I wont... because I want sustained results that don't require supplements...
cutting salt out of the diet...
drining a LOT of water...
What other simple policies result in dropping the water weight and keeping a dry look?

The best is Theobromine (cocoa extract) It is the shit,I use it with HGH.It works wonders.It is a stimulant, diuretic, and vasodilator, and offers a number of benefits when taken as part of a balanced diet.Makes you feel damm good.700mg twice per day.....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theobromine
Here's some more info on Theobromine.
Humans
While theobromine and caffeine are similar in that they are related alkaloids, theobromine has a lesser impact on the human central nervous system and it stimulates the heart to a greater degree.[22] While theobromine is not as addictive, it has been cited as possibly causing addiction to chocolate.[23] A Sexual Odyssey: From Forbidden Fruit to Cybersex discusses how chocolate's alleged aphrodisiac effects may be caused by a number of factors. These include the stimulative effects of theobromine, pleasure induced by the hypothalamus as an effect of chocolate's sweet and fatty nature, or how chocolate affects the levels of serotonin. While serotonin has a pleasurable effect, in high concentrations it can be converted to melatonin which in large amounts reduces sexual drive.[22]
As it is a myocardial stimulant as well as a vasodilator, it increases heartbeat, yet it also dilates blood vessels, causing a reduced blood pressure.[24] However, a recent paper published suggested that the decrease in blood pressure may be caused by flavanols.[16] Furthermore, its draining effect allows it to be used to treat cardiac failure, which can be caused by an excessive accumulation of fluid.[24]
A 2005 study published by Imperial College London concluded that theobromine has an antitussive (cough-reducing) effect superior to codeine by suppressing vagus nerve activity.[25] Additionally, theobromine is helpful in treating asthma since it relaxes the smooth muscles, including the ones found in the bronchi.[26]
There is a possible association between theobromine and an increased risk of suffering from prostate cancer.[27]
Theobromine can cause sleeplessness, tremors, restlessness, anxiety, as well as contribute to increased production of urine.[26] Additional side effects include loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting.[28]

Since this has absolutely nothing to do with AAS I have moved it to a more appropriate section.

DOn't think so, they're also based on compounds called catechins
From another source:
Green Tea enthusiasts claim that drinking tea can actually help burn extra fat and calories. A recent scientific study really supports green tea’s ability to burn fat and increase metabolism. What’s more, other studies show that, when combined with other sensible lifestyle choices like maintaining a healthy body weight, both green and black teas can help reduce the risk of heart disease, the #1 health risk for women. Research shows that green tea contains "thermogenic" substances that help you metabolize more fat. These active substances are extra concentrated in this product to ensure effectiveness.
Several studies on obesity have concluded that people who have been regular tea drinkers for more than 10 years showed lower body fat percentages compared with those who don't drink tea regularly. That’s a proven fact! Drinking tea is a great life choice—it’s naturally calorie-free and can help quench your body’s thirst for the daily fluids it needs. Of course, just drinking tea isn't enough- everyone should support a healthy diet and exercise program with tea.
If someone drinks green tea he or she should know that it can:
* Lower cholesterol
* Increase Termogenesis-the body's rate of burning calories - Green tea contains high concentrations of catechin polyphenols. These compounds work with other chemicals to intensify levels of fat oxidation and termogenesis, where heat is created in the body by burning fuels such as fat.
* Enhance fat oxidation
* it burns fat naturally and increases metabolism
* Green tea also causes carbohydrates to be released slowly, preventing sharp increases in blood-insulin levels. This promotes the burning of fat.
* Drinking green tea can facilitate weight loss by affecting glucose. It is proven that weight is gained because of excess sugars and fats are stored in the body as fat cells. Green tea catechins can help prevent obesity by inhibiting the movement of glucose in fat cells.Last edited by InsaneInTheMembrane; 11-11-2007 at 11:25 PM.
