With my school/work schedule - school ending at 2:30;work at 3:00 - I do not have time to work out after school. The athletic club opens at 5 AM, so I figured I could start adjusting my schedule to work out accordingly.
Since the sample diet - that I've made my own so far - is written in the following manner:
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
Meal 6: PPWO
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
...is there a different order in which I would make these meals for doing my work out routine in the morning rather than after fourth meal?
I'd appreciate any advice, doesn't have to be anything too complicated as I'm still working on making a nice diet plan.
