    Can't eat...

    Hi,

Well, I'm doing major changes to my life one at a time. My first step was to change the amount I ate and the hours. I'm a compulsive stress eater and although I'm fat-- I'm the lucky few who isn't overtly obese and sort of caught myself before I hit rock bottom. I'm a softy right now, but you wouldn't see me being airlifted from a crate.

Well, it's been 5 months and done real good progress. I started cardio before hitting the weights, pushups, and crunches. And my arm are now feeling firmer. I basically use Muscle Milk, Liver Tablets with Amino Acids, and creatine to supplement my musce building program. No steroids ... just a consideraton right now.

Now I'm facing a different problem that I never expected to face. I just can't eat. I feel bloated all the time, although I'm losing weight. Usually in the mornings, I make a shake of Muscle Milk made with non fat milk and 1/2 cup oat meal.

2nd meal is usually a 1/2 cup of beans (I'm Mexican... I have to eat beans.) And a lean protein and small protein. A chicken leg, or a civiche salad made with a half can of tuna made with diced tomatoes, spinach, lime juice, and lots of peppers.

3rd meal I eat more beans, but with beef.

4th meal is Muscle Milk made with water.

Through all this time, I'm drinking my 3 liver tablets with 3 amino acid tabs... with some creatine.

    After that-- I can't eat.
I run all the time because usually, that makes me hungry. But-- I can't eat.

It should be good for a guy like me who wants to lose fat, but I remember in my wrestling years that if you want to get big. Then you eat, workout, and then sleep.

What can I do to eliminate this bloating feeling? I'm doing tons of cardio, but that doesn't do the trick.

When are you doing your cardio?

I'd recommend doing cardio after weights... we need more details about your lifting/cardio program I think

I do cardio first, and I always do a minimum of half hour high intensive running. (excluding the 5 minute warm and another 5 minute to cool down.)

After that, I do either weights (upper body mostly-- I got genetic legs so I hardly work them, but they get hypermuscular all the same). Or a pushup/crunches work out-- until I get exhausted, but not in crippling pain.

That's, maybe, 20 to 30 minutes with little rest between.

I don't have a schedule on the times. I do this either early morning before school and work, afternoon when I got work but no evening classes, or late at night when I can't do it earlier.
