How much water should i be drinking?
hey guys im new here names jayson
im 19
185 lbs
dk bf%
but i work out 4 times a week and run everyday
I was jus wondering how much water should i be drinking a day and when i work out i normally just carry a gallon of water with me each day all around and i try to drink jus that all day should i be drinking more? less? any input helps thx guys also love the site so much good info ive learned already!

if you dont mind me asking how much u weigh and how tall u are and it must differ depending on how much you weigh and stuff like that right?

yea i have been takeing no-xplode which y i made an effort to start drinking a gallon but i guess i should prob step it up to around 2 gallons today which isnt a problem thx for the help guys

i drink over 150 oz of water plus 1 cup of coffee/day, some crystal lite thrown in there as well and maybe a diet coke, also drink 2 shakes a day plus no-explod before workout and cell mass after workout both mixed with about 30 oz of water

I drink 5 or 6 quarts of just water. Then usually 3 diet sodas, some coffee and tea...... Probably 2 gallons of noncaloric liquid all together. Water helps mobilize fat stores.
