can someone out there tell me 6 meals that equal up to 3500 calories a day? i am looking for a clean diet... something that help me put on some quality muscle with less fat.... How do you guys measure your calories???

I use a program called Fitday (look at fitday.com) It's very helpful with nutritional information of different foods.
