help please
Ok I am 27 5ft 11 about 170-175. I am starting to get back into lifting. My question is this... Should I cut first or just go straight to bulking? I have some fat around my stomach I would like to lose. My thoughts were that as I start gaining muscle weight the little fat I have in my stomach would disapate. Since it is winter I am not that worried about a six pack at the moment. Also I am looking for a work out partner in the lubbock tx area. Where do I post that? thanks

You should be able to do both at the same time for a few months. After you've used your muscle memory, you do 1 at a time. Just pick one, either way is fine.
The steroid section gets read more, but it might get deleted if you post it there. You could for sure post it in the lounge though.

At your height I would try to increase muscle mass, consequently more muscle mass will help you burn fat which you could do after.
