i will usually take down 2 scoops of protien with 1 cup of oatmeal (for carbs) after workout.......just put them together and drink the oatmeal down if you dont like it...its easy after you do it a couple of times..........your body will use the oatmeal right away so you will have minimal or none fat stored off of the carbs......thats why they say eat them after workout

You need to research the cutting diets more. There is no such thing as "no carb" There is just low carb.
For absolute maximum fat loss, you eat 20 carbs a day, with high protein and fat intake. No post workout carbs or anything. It all depends on your goals and what you can stick too.
Of course something easier to stick too would be better. 40 to 60 carbs isn't too bad. You also have to eat the right carbs, no processed junk.
Just start reading up on it and you'll get it. We all started out confused, not knowing $h1t about it. Doing some reading a little here and there over a period of time will do the trick.

Actually carbs are a very individual thing. They aren't good or bad. I know some skinny ectos who have to eat like that. However if I ate like that, I would look like Jabba the Hut, in no time. Many people who have or had a weight problem are like that. Frequently that is why they are fat. They have impaired insulin function and sensitivity. It's just choosing the right plan for your genetics.

Your muscles are full of glycogen and glycogen comes from carbs. No carbs=No muscle.
You can cut carbs for a while to get ripped but the 50 g of carbs a day thing for the rest of your life makes no ****ing sense.

Actually a little protein is converted to glucose and you still eat some carbs and that replenishes glycogen. Also nobody said anything about eating that way all the time for life. The topic is cutting.
And finally you might look just a little flatter when cutting, but it does not equal no muscle. Your muscles are NOT full of glycogen. They are actually proteins full of water. Glycogen is just the fuel. If your muscles were full of glycogen, when you workout, they would deflate until they were really small, and then swell up really big after PWO. Since that doesn't happen, I think we can assume I'm right.
When I am cutting I burn through all my glycogen during the workout. I can tell by the shaky feeling. However my muscles are still looking their biggest because they are full of blood.
I think you've got a lot of learning to do.

This guy wanted advise.I doesn't matter whether you are cutting or not.
You have to eat carbs for breakfast.
You have to eat carbs before weight lifting.
You have to drink maltodextrin PWO
You have to eat a small amount of complex carbs 1 hr after PWO shake to stabilze glucose leves after the insulin spike from the fast acting carbs you drank PWO.Not doing this will mess up your insulin realease for the rest of the day and eventually lead to fat storage.
On your day off..or on cardio day...Shieeet don't eat any carbs at all if you want.Your sorry ass is gonna feel like crap all day long but hey,if it makes you happy.Fat loss and muscle growth is a lifetime commitment and any kinda of extreme dieting for long periods of time will do nothing but damage to your overall health.

^^^^^That's sage advice, the only exceptions would be purposeful carb depleting as in pre-contest, or event (vacation, beach weekend, etc.) cases prior to which you'd carb load to re-inflate. Also, during these times you'd employ CNS stimulants for artificial energy.

Stop reading magazines and learn how your body works,Dude. The difference from person to person is minimal, all that "Oh, some people are carb sensitive" bullshit makes no sense.Theres ONE way to eat and unless you eat like that you are not gonna gain muscle for shit.Long term carb depletion causes the same effects on everybody and they are:
1-Low glycogen levels in the muscles=Shitty workouts with low intensity that lead to nowhere.
2-Reduced protein uptake into the muscle cells due to improper insulin release timing=Loss of muscle fiber and fat storage.
3- Depression due to lack of serotonin in the brain=You will get stressed over stupid shit, your glands will release too much cortisol which leads to catabolism and muscle loss.
Your body is 70 % water therefore your muscle cells are 70 % water too.But yes people that work out store most of they glycogen in the muscles and you should take proper care of that essential ingredient of the bodybuilding puzzle...
Shut the hell UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 only if you go too low.
2 yea, not $hit. That's why you have to fine tune it to your genetics and goals, see links above for research on those genetic differences.
3 Bull$Hit. Where is your proof that carbs have a serotonergic effect? If it did then a high carb diet would be a cure for depression, but cause sexual dysfunction in 15% of those people or so.
Which serotonin receptors does glucose happen to be an agonist for? lol
On your last point, you have at most 400 grams of glycogen depending on muscularity. That is a very small amount of total volume. When you eat low carb, your muscles can appear a little flat sometimes. However when you get off, they puff back up. So who cares.
So, unbunch those panties already.
