I'm not religious but i've seen ads explaining why it's called that.
    Ezekiel 4:9
"And you, take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and emmer, and put them into a single vessel and make your bread from them. "

It's made from all kinds of legume etc. with no preservatives or anything. I've seen it in the grocery store but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. The only reason i'm familiar with it is because that's what Jay Cutler uses.

It doesnt have much of anything really. Low everything. The biggest difference I saw comparred to whole wheat was the sodium, which is the reason i suppose to have to keep the ezkieal bread in the fridge to preserve it

all the grains are sprouted then milled.

i dont really know what that means but people that cant eat wheat bread can eat this bread because of the sprouting process.

its the most nutritional bread there is, and very low on the glycemic index.

it taste very good its just pricey like $5 a loaf. genesis one is good too.
