About Protein
Do I need to eat healthy, when I am taking protein, to make the product work?
Also if I do what would a good diet plan to follow, I am 5'9 170 or so, and I am a male?

you should always be eating healthy if you are planning on gaining lean muscle mass. protein is just a fuel for your muscles, a building block.
no, you dont need to eat healthy to make protein 'work'. but if you're eating like shit you're going to look like shit, no matter how hard you train.
check out the other diet educational threads, there are sample diets there

cheat meals are fine depending on your goals. if you have problems eating properly you should make meals in advance to have ready for when you need them

What are your goals... muscle gain with minimal fat gain? Check out the lean bulking thread at the top of the diet forum.

yeah, it seem that my mid body stomach and chest are gaining fat, and my arm are increasing but it looks weird with my arm smaller then the mid area.
