I work at a job that restricts my ability to eat when i want to. Would taking 3 Mass XXX protein shakes throughout the day with my daily lunch be sufficient enough to be able to gain weight?

anyone help?
My schedule is something like this pretty much every day:
-solid food breakfast
-shake between breakfast and lunch
-solid food lunch
-shake between lunch and dinner
-solid food dinner
-workout
-shake after workout
-solid food before bed
I've been using BSN's true-mass for a while. Once in a while I will switch it up and get a tub of N-Large.
Either way, they are both mass gainer protein blends.
yeah when i worked at the gym i hardly found time to eat like i wanted to. i used the mass xxx shakes and they helped me....i would just mix one every time i felt like a snack.... you dont want to stay on it too long though...or at least i hear.
solid food is always better. 3 xxls a day is allot of calories. How long is your work day?
yes 3 shakes is going to help you gain weight, the problem being that it might be fat considering how much fats are in shakes.
i used to have 3 shakes a day when i first started and wanted to pack on mass at all costs.
it works, its just not the cleanest way to work a diet
well i work from 8-4. after that i either go play football or baseball so im always conditioning.
I have to do the same, but I don't like mass gainers and also I am sensitive to carbs as I bloat a lot on high carb diets. The solution is to have a protein/flaxseed oil shake between the main meals.
I just have carbs on breakfast (wholegrain wheat), before workout (oats) and after workout (vitargo).
Cannot possibly answer the questions without knowing how many calories you are taking in a day, how many cals are in these shakes and how many calories your body burns in a given day.
Taking 3 of those shakes a day with one solid meal would probably make me lose weight. So it really depends on your stats.
Gaining weight is COMPLETELY about taking in an excess of calories. We cannot possibly tell from the information you have given whether you are doing this or not.
