potatoes????
heya guys,
just one little question: anyone know what the carb content is per 100g of potato? I know it may seem futile, but I have searched all over the net without luck, and to be honest the food profile section here doesnt help much seeing that for 90% of the stuff it gives you eg. serving size = 1 medium?? not very concise unfortunately.
thanks!

OK bro this is off the top of my head
100g potatoe
8g protein
92g carbs
Potatoes have minimal fat until cooked in it.they are also a good source of Vit C and potassium although the Vit C is reduced the longer they stay sitting around

sup,
no flame bro, but there ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that is possible. I do know that potatoes are at a bare minimum about 70% water - so 92g/100g carbs is impossible.

Freshly dug potatoes contain 78 percent water, 18 percent starch, 2.2 percent protein, 1 percent ash, and 0.1 percent fat. About 75 percent of the dry weight is carbohydrate.
