Bedtime Snack Question
I recently switched from the following about 30 min. before bed:
1.5 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
2 tbls PB w/ celery
Calories=400
Fat=16
Carbs=15
Protein=36
to
1.5 cup 4% Cottage Cheese
Calories=360
Fat=15
Carbs=12
Protein=39
Is this a good switch? Am I taking in enough fat and protein before bed? I'm doing a clean bulk right now.
Thanks in advance.

I think it's fine. I'm not very experienced with this but it's not a significant drop in fat - besides, the protein went up and the calories went down. If you are getting the calories you need to bulk already, losing 40 calories isn't too bad.

your golden. I take fat free cottage cheese and almonds/or a casein whey soy egg protein drink

you're good to go (but I hate cottage cheese)
although I myself prefer a small casein shake, two tbsp PB and a stick of low-fat string cheese.. so thats 40g protein, 23g fat and 10g carbs = 407 kcals

Its hard to tell, one must know the total caloric and macro consumption to really tell whether it is enough or not.
