I'm doing my first cycle of winstrol at 50ml every other day, and I put weight on REAL easy. I started eating pretty heavy and put on 12lbs and its only been a month! I feel like a lot of it is muscle but all definition is vanishing from my midsection. I eat a lot of whole wheat pasta and brown rice, chicken, relatively lean beef, shakes, mrp's, salmon, tofu, and veggies. Can you guys give me some ideas for what portionings of food I should have for what a bulk up/lean out cycle diet should look like?(does it exist?) I'd appreciate it. I'm 5'5" 170lbs I'm guessing 15-17%bodyfat
