    N large ??

    What do u think about a N LARGE by pro lab for a post workout meal??

    I suggest real food over a supplement personally but if you take that for PWO when bulking and 1hr later eat a meal you'll be in good shape.

    looking to loose weight,,cut up..im 6-4 270 36" pant,, looking at the how to cut sticky it says pwo 50 grams protien an double carbs.,....n large is 52 grams protien an 86 carbs what do u think,,,i work out in the evening around 6 pm,,so where do u fit in the last few meals,,,wake up at 500 am will have meal #1 approx 470 calories-56 grams carbs 44 protien 10 grams fat, what about meal #2 was thinking tuna on multi gran with low fat mayo an 2 tbsp flax,,523 cal.18grams carb 48grms carbs 29 fat, now what about the rest #3 #4 #5 #6 thats where i need help.... thanks,

    i see wow 28 grams,,, so what do u suggest as a post work out meal?,,, i put up a diet what do u think?
    Looking for any advice please,,
    First off im 39 yrs old 269-270 pds 36" pant dont know body fat looking to loose some weight an maintain as much muscle as possible will do cardio after workout on workout days,i work out 5 days an hard,
    wake up 5.00am
    meal # 1 515am approx
    2pk instant oatmeal
    5 hard boiled egg whites
    1 whole hard boiled egg
    1 cup skim plus milk
    470 calories 56 carbs 44 protein 10 fat

    meal #2 900am approx
    protien shake with 2 tablespn flax
    350 cal 3 carbs 25 protein 26 fat

    meal#3 1200-1230
    tuna on low carb multi grain with 1 tbsp low fat mayo
    6 0z string beans
    375 calories 31 carbs 52 protein 5 fat

    meal#4 330-400pm
    prework out protein shake
    1 banana
    195 cal 21 carbs 25 protein 2 fat

    work out approx 530-7 with cardio

    meal #5 715 ishpm post work out
    n-large shake
    600 calories 86 carbs 52 protein 5 fat

    meal#6 900-10pm
    6-8 0z grilled chicken
    6 oz srting beans
    2 tblspn flax
    520 calories 12 carbs 56 protein 29 fat

    This is something im looking for opinions on adjustments? i will not have the post work out on off days
    approx 2500 calories 210 carbs 255 protein 80 fat
    what do u guys think seems calories are to low please help me adjust,thats 2500 on a workout day

    Not a good choice for someone looking to lose weight and "cut up", IMO.

    yea looking to change my post work out to maybe just a 30-40 gram protein drink with 5grams l-glutamine and 50-80 grams of carbs (dextrose)added within 30 mins of working out what do u think?
