    Critique my diet!

    I'm 6`3 @ 251 with %15. I am still bulking.

    Here is the diet:

    8:30 am - Hydro whey with flax (50 prot, 20 fat, 4 carbs)
    9:00 am - Eggs, quick oats (35 prot, 12 fat, 40 carb)
    Noon - Chicken breast, green beans, flax (40 prot, 20 fat, 40 carb)
    3:00 pm - Whole wheat bread with peantubutter, bananas (40 prot, 25 fat, 40 carb)
    6:00 pm - Sardines, wheat bread, flax (40 prot, 20 fat, 40 carb)
    9:00 pm - PWO Hydro whey with flax, Honey oat bunches with milk (60 prot, 35 fat, 80 carb) EDIT
    9:40 pm - Chicken breast, Honey oats bunches with milk, flax (40 prot, 25 fat, 40 carb)
    11:00 pm - Sardines, flax, wheat bread (40 prot, 25 fat, 20 carb)

    Roughly:
    345 g Protein - 1380 cal
    182 g Fat - 1638 cal
    305 g Carbs - 1220 cal

    4238 Calories

    Let me know what you guys think about this diet.

    PWO shake needs 75-100g of carbs in it, I prefer 100

    You love your bread!

    I'm sensitive to carbs so I stick to pasta/brown rice....also, my PWO is just 60g of dextrose (and about 10-15g more that comes with the protein powder)...any more and I feel sick

    Your noon meal... how do green beans add up to 40g carbs?

    How? I eat 5 cups of it at once, plus it has a little bread crunch in it.

    I love that stuff and it doesn't fill me up.

    yeah, bulking diets are too complicated... basically just eating large amounts of healthy foods at certain times
