Here is the diet:
8:30 am - Hydro whey with flax (50 prot, 20 fat, 4 carbs)
9:00 am - Eggs, quick oats (35 prot, 12 fat, 40 carb)
Noon - Chicken breast, green beans, flax (40 prot, 20 fat, 40 carb)
3:00 pm - Whole wheat bread with peantubutter, bananas (40 prot, 25 fat, 40 carb)
6:00 pm - Sardines, wheat bread, flax (40 prot, 20 fat, 40 carb)
9:00 pm - PWO Hydro whey with flax, Honey oat bunches with milk (60 prot, 35 fat, 80 carb) EDIT
9:40 pm - Chicken breast, Honey oats bunches with milk, flax (40 prot, 25 fat, 40 carb)
11:00 pm - Sardines, flax, wheat bread (40 prot, 25 fat, 20 carb)
Roughly:
345 g Protein - 1380 cal
182 g Fat - 1638 cal
305 g Carbs - 1220 cal
4238 Calories
