Critique Cutting Diet Please
Ok i'm 32 Years Old 200 LB's 16% BF 5 11 My BMR is around 3100 cals a day.
Meal 1)
8 egg whites
1 egg yoke
1 slice fat free cheese
1 protein shake made with water
Meal 2)
1 chicken breast
half can of green string beans
Meal 3)
1/4 lb burger (lean ground beef 90%)
1 slice fat free cheese
Work out & cardio
Meal 4)
PWO
protein shake made with water
Bananna
Meal 5)
chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 6)
1/4 Burger (lean ground beef 90%)
1 slice fat free cheese
1/2 can green string beans
Meal 7)
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp flax
protein shake made with water

Fats seems to be a bit high IMO...Usually in my cutting diet I stand on equal amount of grams on both fats and carbs (around 90 grams or less).

Well I could either drop the flax or 2 of the slices of fat free cheese and that would put me at around 90....which one do you think I should drop?

if its fat free cheese why would you drop it if ur fat intake is too high?

Yea...just took a look at my fitday chart I made a mistake put fat in the cheese...ill drop the flax...thanks guys
