As most know its very hard to have a proper diet while in college. 1. Its way to expense for broke as college students to be eating the proper 6 small meals a day. 2. Its hard to find time with classes and baseball practice to get all the proper meals in.

I need some ideas for some good snacks or something I could bring to class or baseball and eat to get the good shit in me. I eat alot of white chicken and steaks. I know I need to get a better breakfast in as all I eat is yogurt, bowl of oatmel and a weight gainer shake. I also need some ideas for pre bed meal.

I take cytogainer before bed, asap after my workout, when i wake up, and then a few times randomly throughout the day. I found that helps alot but i need som HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!??????
