What do you guys eat at work?

Hey i just want some ideas on what to pack for a lunch. I've got an office to myself, and if i want i can sit here for the entire 8 hours- so eating a lot isn't the problem, its WHAT to eat. I've got a fridge, a freezer, and a microwave lol. I've got the tuna, and the cottage cheese, and i eat a lot of canned food. Any ideas of what i could take? What kind of canned food that would help me mix things up or recipes that i can put together.. Thanks :bbAily:

just cook your meals in advance and put them in tupperware, canned foods typically contain a lot of preservatives

My favorite meal to eat at work is a 12 ounce steak with roasted potatoes and veg. Although today I had 3 chicken breasts over greek salad with feta. I work in a pub with a kitchen and an awesome staff who will make me anything I want and how I want it and it's not typical shitty pub food, we get stuff like rack of lamb, big ol' bison steaks ect. I LOVE MY JOB

sh*t dude,, you got everything you need to be eating proper... but even with those conditions i would still stick to my simple eating plan,, brown rice, chicken, steack, yams, n fruits

Grill up a bunch of chicken and keep it in that fridge then microwave when you need it.

My diet always suffer at work. I'ma fireman and the cooks we have are insanly good.

alot of uncle bens 90second rice (i love there brown and wild rice!!) alot and i mean ALOT of bumblebee chicken filets and there tuna filets, and alot of canned black beans.... and thats that!!!

im bout to have me some mesquite smoked bumblebee tuna with some uncle bens brown rice and some organic black beans... YUMMM !!!

I usually have chicken and rice in a tupperware, or if I am broke I have tuna (madew/ mustard and salsa) mixed with white rice, and drench it in hot sauce. I have a shake before and after lunch, so between 10-6 I've had 3 meals total. I try to have a few handfulls of Triscuits with my shakes.

That's what I do,and is pretty much common practice.Food in a can well that's just awful.I like to cook all my food so anything in a can get's no love,tuna's ok but it's not in my diet.

I have freakin metabolism, so i eat everything
