well.... Thursdays are my off days, i usually get off from work and just get home, throw myself on the couch and watch the incredibles till i fall asleep
BUT !! since i just recently moved, my gym partner lives right down the street and he wants me to go running at this park that is close to my home
my question is, seeing as how today i WILL NOT be going to the gym, but i will be doing cardio for about a good 45min, do i STILL need a Pre and PWO? or do i not?
