Question on PRE/PWO on an OFF DAY
well.... Thursdays are my off days, i usually get off from work and just get home, throw myself on the couch and watch the incredibles till i fall asleep
BUT !! since i just recently moved, my gym partner lives right down the street and he wants me to go running at this park that is close to my home
my question is, seeing as how today i WILL NOT be going to the gym, but i will be doing cardio for about a good 45min, do i STILL need a Pre and PWO? or do i not?

Eat a meal after your cardio, it does not matter if its a PRO/CHO or PRO/FAT meal. Just eat.

I would say no.These are your carb cycle days.No PWO on off days is the easiest way to cycle carbs if your diet is on point of course .If anything just have something simple.
6 oz boneless breast
1oz almonds.
Or 8oz lean steak
1 cup veggies
Or 6oz meatloaf
1 cup of veggies
3oz pork chops
1 cup of veggies
I don't really throw veggies in my diet rite now I can't afford them rite with all the whole food sources I buy.

I dont take a PWO shake on non-workout days (cuz you're not working out!)....I just add another protein/fat meal to make up for the lost calories because I still do 45 mins of AM cardio on off days
