My cutting diet
I wanna lose like 10-20lbs quick so i'm doing this
breakfast 1: bowl of fruits and glass of skim milk
lunch 2: salad and water
dinner 3: Grilled Chicken with veg on the side (string beans) and water
I know it's a bit harsh but I dont care. I'm going from eating like an animal to this so I know I gotta take something to curb my appetite but yes I wanna do this. It's simple and easy. what do you guys think? I'm just doing this to shed some shit weight so i could get back to bulking

Thats just terrible..OOOOhhh, you'll shed weight alright.....alot of it your muscle......And since you're putting your body in starvation mode, once you "bulk", you're gonna balloon up with water/fat minus the muscle, making you worse off than before.

how about if I add a protein shake in there? I just want something repetitious and easy, why is this so hard i've asked 100's of questions and still didnt get any answers
