    Cool Feeling stoned from my cheat meals

    After work I went to the store,bought some low fat cottage cheese and a bannanna also bought a bag of fruit trail mix.And after I had a couple servings of the trail mix three hours after I ate my cottage an bannanna I'm feelin a little sugar buzz pretty cool like I'm real giddy and lau***ng a lot almost euphoric,anyone else get like this.My high carb days are every 10 days.I'm thinking it's a result of the sugar in the dried pineapples which I can't get enough of,so I think I'll put them away now.

    ahhh yes, i dont get the euphoric feeling but i crave carbs like no ones bussiness its like an addiction

    Never felt euphoric, just an enormous sense of guilt after I down whatever I'm craving.

    haha yeah same here. it makes me feel like i should run to the gym and do some cardio

    AH the guilt yeah it was there but it all was worth it with the boost of energy and vasculirity the next day.

    hahaha.....last week, I caved in, broke down, and had a bunch of fun sized candy bars, mostly snickers, some keebler m and m choc chip cookies, and parmezean cheezits......

    thats not as bad as it seems, the portions for each of those was small



    ahhhh, and that was my first week.......im not to worried about it, all i learned is that I have to make my carb sources are quality pwo, which they havnt been, thats all


    as far as the euphoria, whoahhhh whoahhh whoahhh, hellz ya......the euphoria potency was like maybe 2/10's the real thing.....I am on a very very low carb plan here too......its basically keto, except i have pwo liquid carbs, then pwo 2 solid carbs, and can eat as much protein as I want and just be sure fat makes up at least 50 percent of calories....so if i lift 3 days a week, i have 3-4 days of zero carb
