when i read though what people eat on the diet forum it list meals thoughout the whole day but only one day. Is that what you eat the same meal every day 5-7 days a week or is it different somethimes.

For me its different... I don't necessarily make a "meal plan" with foods but I do have an idea of how many grams of protein/fat/carbs I need to get at every meal. Different food sources can fulfill those requirements.

I do the same as AandF. Does anyone just have a protein meal? Sometimes I eat grilled chicken with fat free cheese melted on top.

I find that to be a waste of a meal... I need to get carbs or fats in every meal to get all my macros in for the day. Plus it gets digested way too quickly if its just protein.

Most people list a "representative" diet of what they would typically eat in a day. However, they often switch lean protein sources, sauces, vegetables or carb sources (of similar GI) for variety on a day to day basis. Also, let's not forget the cheat meal or day that many people employ once a week.

    cheers
