i use to use ON 100% whey, but after reading countless threads bout it being used mostly for energy.
i switched to this
10oz of chocolate soy milk
3/4-1 cup of 2% cottage cheese
2 tsp cinnamon
1-2tablespoons of natural PB
1/2-1cup of quick oats
1-2 tablespoons of milled up flax seed
enough water to blend
at night time i might add more pb and cc and less oatmeal and vise versa in the morning. i also add instant coffee in the morning if needed.
i use to add half a banana but its too thick.
i ve tried lots of different variation this is my favorite. this is a complete meal replacement for me.
Try changing brands ... in can make a huge difference... sounds weird but its true...I guess each brand has their own unique way of making/mixing powders which may cause gastro-intestinal upset with some of the folks out there. Now I am taking Optimum's ON Whey and its really great PWO...I don't get the same stomach upsets with the GNC brand I used to take!
Also, try mixing your own shakes (pure whey with dextrose)... those pre-mixed mass formulas have too much junk in them sometimes
