So I have been around these forums for a couple of years now. I have finally decided to do my first cycle.
I will be doing mdrol (supedrol clone). I have all my supplements as well as my PCT already. Now I want to focus on my diet.
I am 5' 11'' and weigh 165. My body fat is 9%. I am 20 years old. Here is how my current diet looks. This diet is based on my treatment team as I was in treatment this summer for 90 days for an eating disorder. This is why I am so confused.
Breakfast:
3 slices whole wheat toast with butter and surgar free jelly
2 eggs
yogurt
apple or bananna
Lunch:
Bagel
Light Mayo and Mustard (small amont)
4 OZ of Turkey
Yogurt
Apple or bananna
Dinner:
A cup of a bean mixture consisting of (kidney, garbanzo, black and corn)
Tortilla with a can of tuna (mustard or bbq sauce)
yogurt
apple or bananna
small salad with dressing
Before Bed Snack:
Cup of skim milk, bananna, 24 g of whey protein - blend into a shake
2 OZ of cereal mixed in with the shake
Now that is my current diet, and I am well aware that I need to beef it up quite a bit. Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate this as I do not want to just rely on the MDrol and this diet as I know I need to be eating more probably, especially during my cycle.
