    Diet during 1st cycle - please help

    So I have been around these forums for a couple of years now. I have finally decided to do my first cycle.

    I will be doing mdrol (supedrol clone). I have all my supplements as well as my PCT already. Now I want to focus on my diet.

    I am 5' 11'' and weigh 165. My body fat is 9%. I am 20 years old. Here is how my current diet looks. This diet is based on my treatment team as I was in treatment this summer for 90 days for an eating disorder. This is why I am so confused.

    Breakfast:
    3 slices whole wheat toast with butter and surgar free jelly
    2 eggs
    yogurt
    apple or bananna



    Lunch:
    Bagel
    Light Mayo and Mustard (small amont)
    4 OZ of Turkey
    Yogurt
    Apple or bananna

    Dinner:
    A cup of a bean mixture consisting of (kidney, garbanzo, black and corn)
    Tortilla with a can of tuna (mustard or bbq sauce)
    yogurt
    apple or bananna
    small salad with dressing

    Before Bed Snack:
    Cup of skim milk, bananna, 24 g of whey protein - blend into a shake
    2 OZ of cereal mixed in with the shake



    Now that is my current diet, and I am well aware that I need to beef it up quite a bit. Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate this as I do not want to just rely on the MDrol and this diet as I know I need to be eating more probably, especially during my cycle.

    Hey bro,

    Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your disorder...glad you overcame it. With your stats and current diet I seriously do not recommend any anabolic steroids ...just changing your diet will have a huge impact!

    Off the bat, your diet does not have enough protein, furthermore, I doubt your entire calorie consumption is enough to grow...you're under eating it seems. Eat at least 5 meals a day.

    Refer to the stickies for food/diet info and the links to calculate your caloric requirements so you have a good idea where to begin. Then, post your diet and we will be more than happy to tweak it for you
