new cuttin diet...let me know how to inprove
7 AM....8 egg whites, 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
10 AM...muscle milk shake
1 PM...1 1/2 chicken breast lil bit of ketchep, 1 bake potatoe
4 PM...1/2 chicken brest or can of tuna, 1 cup of oat meal
7PM...1 1/2 chicken breast, 1 bake potatoe
10PM...2 scoops of egg protein shake(about 45g protein) and a scoop of peanut butter
wut do u guys think?

You know everyone is going to tell you to switch to whole food over the Muscle Milk... is it for pre workout or what? Either way, if you're going to still have it I would either add some veggies or fiber powder to it to slow digestion and keep the sugar from impacting you at all.

I dunno, are you ectomorphic? I've seen that sort of diet work for ecto's, if you have any endomorphic tendencies at all that won't do as much for you as you would think considering how hungry you'll likely be.

i like black beans...so i shouldnt eat as much oatmeal and switch the potatoe for veggies

Impossible to tell without stats and macros.
You can use green, leafy and fibrous vegetables.
