    PWO Shake Thoughts.

    Currently for Cutting my PWO shake consists of.

    40G Whey protein
    1/2 Serving Pure Vitargo 36G Carbs
    1 Serving Twin Labs Liquid Amino Acids

    For Bulking I will be doing the same but proabably something Like so


    60G Whey protein
    1 Serving Pure Vitargo 72G Carbs
    1 Serving Twin Labs Liquid Amino Acids

    Yeh, im looking for others thoughts and what not.
    I want it to be 100% liquid for quick absorption.

    Question is, what do others think of it and any other things to add to it.
    I mean for my Bulking phase I will add
    creatine Mono hydrate with The Pure Vitargo so it can hit my system pretty fast.
    PWO I will also utilize the Pure Vitargo, or just possible some Brown Rice.
    I used to add 5-10g of Glutamine, but I quit after I found out that whey and glutamine fight for absorption at PWO.

    Looks good man. Something I do on a bulk is add ground up oats into my shakes. You get the "I can stand Oats" guys with this one. Get a coffee bean grinder and grind up the oats, throw em in the shake.....

    I just posted this in another thread, but during a bulk on a SICK leg or back day I would throw 1 can Coca Cola, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, 40 - 60g's whey protein in the blender.....MMM MMM MMM! Granted, even when bulking you only want to do that once or twice a month......

    I have 0 Problems using oats, Nice slow digesting carb, But i also need the fast one.
    Im not so leaning towards sugar, but I dont mind it once in a blue moon and I know this is the ebst time for it.

    You can damn near get away with murder during your workout and directly after it so that is why alot of people use sugars etc.

    I don't see a problem with your PWO as long as your carbs fits into your overall approach.
