    Question diet pill(s) ?

    I heard there was a pill I could take in the morning that would give me all my protein and carbs for the day that would keep open a 24/7 window for my muscles.. Does anyone know what this is called and if it works ? Im having a hard time reaching my 4000 cals a day since im always on the run and this would be great.... thanks in advanced guys.
