If taste is what you desire then here is my best breakfest.
1 cup of oats
2 tbs of sugar free stwraberry perserves melted in the microwave then poured on top
Splenda/cinnamin
6 egg whites one yolk/nu salt
Oats, a bit of whey, 6 whites (1 yolk) and 1.5 oz mixed nuts ... alot of cals I know but it keeps my metab up throughout the day
How about fast protein since your body just fasted, and some Starchy carbs and some good FATs.
What exactly you mean by "good"?

I eat 1 cup of egg whites cooked as an omlette using spray olive oil and top it with 1.5 Tb fat free yogurt and 1.5 Tb salsa. Makes a nice low fat huevos! Every other day I have 1/2 cup oats (dry then cooked) sweetened with stevia. On my off days from oatmeal I've had 1/2 Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel with 1 tsp Smart Balance Light, 1/2 cup light berry granola with 8 oz non fat yogurt, or Oat Bran Pancakes (1/2 serving Krusteaz brand) with 1 tsp Smart Balance Light and 2 tsp pure maple syrup. I can't eat the same meal every day for breakfast, so I came up with some variations that are healthy and low cholesterol. Every day I have 6 oz grapefruit juice with my orals to aid in absorbtion.
