I have been doing this diet for about 3 to 4 weeks now and I have had great results. But I think its time to modify.
Breakfast: 1.5 to 2 whole wheat slices of bread with 2 spoons of Sunflower Butter, (Sometimes ill have 6 egg whites sometimes ill have a shake) depends on the mood.
Postworkout Shake
Lunch ( Veggies with a can of chicken, two slices of fat free cheese)
Snack ( 6 or 7 slices of lean turkey with a shake)
Dinner (Same as lunch)
Before bed, A lean shake with a Spoon of peanut butter, and a couple of slices of lean turkey.
(Snacks include Sugar free jello and this yogurt I found that has 3grams of carbs, 2 of sugar, 60 calories and 30 from fat) I probably have about two of those a day. )
Thats about it.
What do you guys think?
