Do you guys think its possible to put good quality muscle and size on by eating fish, ie fish and potatos n veg and by rulling out all types of meats? i dont think my body likes digesting meat i get bad wind and stomach cramps from meat, i thought it was chicken causing the problem but i had steak a few hours ago and i got all the symtoms as above. I can eat anything esle like,
oats,
eggs,
potatos,
nuts,
fish,
veg n salads,
rice,
protein shakes.
I love the taste of meat aswell.
