    Real quick, help me out

So I am getting my diet down to the T. I'm gonna be going on a 12 week test p cycle. I put on weight VERY easily. From what I can figure I need 2200 calories to maintain current weight. Should I bump it by 1000 calories when cycling? and is the 40%carb 40%protein 20% fat the best way to go?

If you are sensitive to weight gain, I would start at +500 kcals and go from there. Also 40/40/20 sounds okay, although you might try the 45p/30c/25f ratio if you are sensitive to carbs.
