need to find a diet without too much tuna. tuna has high mercury content and eating any more than 2 cans a week will turn you into a toxic thermometer

don't want to put on TOO much fat

5'11'' 200 pounds 31 years BF 16% one cycle done (finished 2 months ago) but
lost a lot of my gains after cycle finished.
WHAT DID YOU RUN (CYCLE AND PCT)?
I'll be looking to gain about 20 pounds next cycle.
12 weeks of deca at 200-400 (not sure what dose to use yet) a week
12weeks sust 500 a week
RUN A COUPLE OF WKS LONGER THAN DECA.
clomid 100 7 days, then clomid 100 7 days, then 50 14 days.
