    my diet critique plz

    lean bulk. im on hgh so hoping to lose some bf with this diet actually. diet changes slightly on lifting days and just cardio days.

    23g whey protein 5oz chicken breast pro- 58grams
    250g sweet potato carbs-44grams

    meal 2
    23g whey pro 5oz chicken breast pro-58
    100g green veggies
    250g sweet potato carbs-44

    meal 3

    56g peanuts fats-28

    meal 4

    pro-458 (give or take)
    carbs-220 i no its low but i put weight on easy.
    fats-84grams from peanuts 30g from meat
    total cals about 3738
