do u do cardio? if not give that a try. if that doesnt help try this

the shake will digest faster and will make u less full. gives u a nice break between ur whole foods meals. if it is still to much add another shake and take away a whole food meal. until ur body adjusts.

sounds good how many grams of pro,carbs,cals etc... should be in each meal? i am 5'10"
about 190 no sure body fat but i would like to get up to 210 is what im going for than go from there cuz its so hard for me to gain wieght
